Unique Landscapes takes great pride in providing a product that stands the test of time however, we realize that there are times that items need attention, service or warranty work. PLEASE NOTE: Unique Landscapes by Griffin honors the following schedule for non-emergency warranty maintenance: 30 days, 6 months, 1 year and 23 months after project completion. During the weeks that follow completion of your project, we strongly suggest thorough inspection of materials, workmanship, and utilization of equipment / systems (grills, lighting, irrigation, etc). ULG will contact you via email approximately 30 days after the completion of your project to address any items that may need attention. We require that multiple warranty items be submitted during this time to ensure all claims can be addressed during one site visit. Upon completion of Unique’s 30 day warranty call, we will not return to the property for non-emergency warranty claims until the next scheduled 6 month warranty check.

Understanding our warranties

The Unique Swimming Pool Warranty:

• SWIMMING POOL CONCRETE SHELL – Limited LIFETIME warranty – this means that we will guarantee the structural integrity of the pool for the length of time the original pool owner owns the pool – up to the lifetime of the pool. This warranty does not apply to second owner. Contact us for information on transfer of warranty.
• MATERIALS and WORKMANSHIP – We warrant (to the original Buyer) all labor, materials and equipment to be free of defects for a period of two (2) years from the date the swimming pool is plastered, provided that the original Buyer’s reasonable care and maintenance agreements are upheld.
• POOL PRODUCTS AND INTERIOR FINISHES

• Paramount Pool Products All Inclusive Warranty
• PENTAIR POOL EQUIPMENT- 3-year warranty on the pumps, filters, heaters, automation & remotes
• Wet Edge Technologies Product Warranties – Pearl Matrix, Satin Matrix, Primera Stone, Altima, Luna Quartz
• PEBBLE SHEEN / PEBBLE TEC / PEBBLE MINI Pool Interiors – Limited 5-year warranty

The Unique Landscape Warranty:

• 2-year workmanship warranty – applies for all hardscapes, masonry, patios & more.
• 1-year irrigation parts/valves & controllers (manufacturer’s warranty is usually 1-year for parts too)
• TURF/PUTTING GREENS – Unique covers installation for 2 years with an 8-year limited manufacturer’s warranty – MORE INFO
• PLANTS – Your plant warranty is usually only 30-days from date of installation – WHY?
• TREES – Your tree/palm warranty is usually only 90-days from date of installation – WHY?
• LIGHTING SYSTEM – Your FX lighting system carries a 10-year warranty on parts – 2 years on labor (excluding bulbs)
