For over a decade Unique has been designing and building award-winning swimming pools throughout the Valley of the Sun. And we are proud to now have nearly one thousand Unique pools in the ground and also nearly one thousand happy clients who have become a part of the Unique family. Over the years, many of these satisfied clients have contacted us for recommendations for pool service companies who will live up to the level of service that our Unique clients experienced during the designing and building of their pools. But the sad truth is that we do not know of a single pool and spa service company who provides customers with the level of care that we feel is equal to the Unique customer service process. And as the years progressed and the requests continued to be made, we feel it necessary to provide this important service to our loyal clients who are struggling to find a quality pool service provider.
Our Pledge:
Our pledge to all Unique Pool Service customers is very simple. We will provide the same attention to detail and dedication when servicing your pool and spa as we do when we build a pool and spa. If you have worked with Unique in the past, you know that our job is never done until our client is completely satisfied, and this is our promise for pool service as well.
The Contract:
There is no long term contract for pool service, we simply provide you with a proposal and a month to month service agreement which outlines the services that we are providing. At Unique, we focus on building a long term relationship with each and every client we are fortunate enough to work with. And the only way that we know how to achieve that is to provide each client with the highest quality products and services possible for their money. We want you to be happy with your pool service, but if for any reason you are not happy, we only ask for 30 days’ notice to cancel your service agreement.

Clearly, you want to have a clean pool but there are many other important facets to a successful business agreement and at Unique Pool Service we are committed to meeting all of the needs of our clients. We offer each pool service client:

- Communication via phone, fax or email
- Regularly scheduled service appointments
- Critical maintenance reminders
- Professionalism in a service area which commonly accepts flip flops and swim trunks as work attire
