Amazing Backyard in Chandler!
Unique Companies owner, Chris Griffin, worked with a great customer who wanted a top notch quality design with some unique ideas that would separate his yard from his neighbors. Unique built a large outdoor living space where they can BBQ, watch TV, entertain guests and a swim up bar that integrated with the swimming pool. The over sized Ramada also has a large stone fire place and a large flat screen TV on a wooden mantle. The granite and ceramic tile counter tops showed off his amazing outdoor kitchen. It also has Lynx BBQ equipment and accessories. A 48″ grill and outdoor beverage center and re-fridge equipment. The gorgeous glass tile swim up bar countertop with a decorative copper penny style glass accent that is also on the spa spillway.
The beautiful travertine patio surrounds the pool and runs throughout the whole backyard. Coming off the backside of the Ramada is a hidden stairway that goes to the top off the waterfall slide. The oversized spa with glass tile accent spillway is a very unique spa because it has 3 bullfrog jetpacks that give the therapy of a jacuzzi spa with 40 jets. Unique Companies has come up with a way to integrate the hydro therapy of a jacuzzi spa into our custom shotcrete spa. Amazing LED lighting system that is controlled with a LUXOR FX Lighting application on his smart phone. The pool equipment and lighting is also controlled with a smart phone using Pentair Screen Logic. There’s also a 1000sq foot putting green to entertain guests chipping and putting while others can sit back and enjoy the pool. A huge natural rock waterfall and multiple spillways that extend the entire backside of the swimming pool making it the focal point of the beautiful backyard. Over sized plants and trees really accent and make for a mature landscape in this highly custom backyard. Also custom fire pots from Grand Effects with blue fire glass on the edges of the spa and the opposite side of the pool balance the backyard with fire across the entire length of the swimming pool.
