We understand bigger is not always better. The subterranean FC introduces glare-free controlled illumination into smaller scale spaces. Applications can include installing behind a potted plant and in front of the column at the entry to a stately residence. The variety of cowling and lamp options allows the FC to have an answer to most of lighting’s pint-size problems.

When trying to create a super soft washlight, the RL20 is the perfect solution. The patented RotondoLuna® is specifically designed to gently illuminate small scale plant material, boulders, and short garden walls. Halogen lamp model produces a high-efficiency white light. The xenon lamp has a mellow golden light output for enriching earth tone elements.

The ReflectoreStellato® is a rugged micro luminaire that provides the power and control of the halogen MR-16 lamp family. This precision lightinginstrument is a fine example of engineering for simplicity and reliability. One of the challenges today’s landscape designers face is to provide adequate pedestrian illumination from increasingly narrow planter areas. To address this problem FX’s engineering staff developed the solid copper micro SaguaroPetite® . This luminaire, milled from extra-heavy gauge copper and solid brass, is designed for today’s crowded planters. When incorporated with plant material, the SP simply disappears into the garden.

The TraveCasa® is at home in fine landscape architectural structures such as arbors, trellises or dining pavilions. This fixture is designed to surface mount onto beams or posts. The halogen lamp is adjustable to allow maximum forward projection making this unique model well suited for illuminating steps or color pots from adjacent structures.

The TrellisSolare® is currently the most advanced micro downlight available. Machined from aerospace grade aluminum alloy and finished with an industrial grade polyester powdercoat, the TS is built to last. The mounting base swivels and pivots on nylon bushings, allowing for smooth, precise aiming after installation. This fixture is an outdoor “track light”. Deep cowling provides unsurpassed glare control, thereby avoiding hot spots typical of most downlights.
