PROJECT SCOPE: Backyard Remodel (Custom spa, outdoor patio area, fire feature, lighting & landscaping

This amazing backyard ALMOST has it all already!  With just a few modifications to this project, we have added an incredible jacuzzi spa with spillway into the existing pool.  The 3′ tall stone accent wall w/ waterfeature allows for a backdrop to the new spa addition, as well as providing much needed privacy for this open backyard.  A small patio to the side of the new spa provides a space to sit, relax, and get out into the backyard.  The TWO firepit options can be BOTH implemented, or just choose the best location.  Location #1, the fire channel, runs 10′ long, and is viewable & useable from both patios.  Firepit #2 is intended more as a retreat, and useable & viewable while using the spa.  By adding path lights, uplights, and some new trees – this backyard can come to life with just some minor enhancements!
